Higashio Mech has been committed collaborative and human-centric management since its establishment in 1950, and has strived to create a wide variety of fittings. Thanks to the efforts of our predecessors and current members, we take pride in our strong product development and technical capabilities, as well as our excellent sourcing from domestic and overseas cooperative factories.

As the president, my expertise lies in sales. By incorporating sales planning and marketing capabilities, we can achieve further growth and expand our business. We will focus on creating good products, starting from building a fan base.

Putting the customer first could be impossible without employees feeling happy in the company. We work towards becoming a "good company" that our customers (fans) trust and rely on, thinking, "It's something Mech can do, and they will do it."

In our pursuit of "continuous improvement," we always strive for reform and continuously ask ourselves "why" to be better ourselves.

Though my knowledge may be limited, I aspire to make our company a place where employees and the company grow together like the annual rings of tree, practicing things that may not be achievable in large corporations, and aiming to be a company where people can say, "I'm glad I joined this company. It's a great place," during their employment and even after they leave.
